Tom is a Creative Director with global hospitality experience and over 20 years of design leadership in master planning, ultra-luxury resorts, and high-rise urban mixed-use developments.  He has practiced in diverse regions throughout North America, Asia and South East Asia.  As a Senior Design Leader with an award winning international design firm for two decades in addition to his current projects, his experiences encompass resorts, urban hotels, boutique properties, residential communities, entertainment venues, leisure destinations, and culture & art complexes. 

 

Tom has been certified with U.S. Green Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design as an Accredited Professional (LEED AP) signifying an advanced depth of knowledge in green building practices.

Williams is a former Senior Design Vice President of  WATG Honolulu, Singapore and Seattle.
