Located in the Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong, the owner desired to have a clean, resort themed facade to reflect the development's magnificent location on Cheung Kwan O (bay).
The luxury residential development is comprised of 8 towers and 22 two-story villas. a contemporary intricately detailed tower facade sits on a post-modern European influenced commercial podium. The community clubhouse was integrated with the resort themed master plan and lush landscaped gardens. Water features are introduced in the development master plan to further enhance the guest/residential experience and harmonize the various elements as an up-scale hotel feel.
