The existing natural beauty of the location and site strongly influenced the development of the master plan and design.  Locals fish daily from the abundance of the ocean and mangrove preserves to provide fresh catch to fish markets, hotels and restaurants in the area.  Phase I of the development compliments these activities with a leisure village where seafood can be displayed for sale and served in restaurants.  A lifestyle hotel adjacent to the village will allow guests to conveniently access the shopping areas and enjoy direct ocean views.

The hotel's 108 guest rooms and suites  along with the leisure village is targeted for completion in 2019.
